Nolan Klein has represented clients in nearly 1,000 lawsuits, including more than 300 lawsuits alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Mr. Klein has represented a broad spectrum of clients throughout the country, including restaurants, shopping centers, stores, hotels, and many others. Mr. Klein has resolved claims at all stages of the process, from pre-suit resolution through full trial.
