Nolan Klein has represented clients in nearly 1,000 lawsuits, including more than 300 lawsuits alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Mr. Klein has represented a broad spectrum of clients throughout the country, including restaurants, shopping centers, stores, hotels, and many others. Mr. Klein has resolved claims at all stages of the process, from pre-suit resolution through full trial. Whoever the client and whatever the situation, the goal is always the same - to end the lawsuit on best possible terms for the client.
Mr. Klein has appeared on local and national media as a legal analyst and commentator, and worked extensively with CBS' 60 Minutes on a story about ADA litigation, in which he was featured prominently. In addition to media appearances, Mr. Klein has been named to the "Top 1%" by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel every year since 2016, and has a perfect 10/10 rating from the AVVO lawyer ranking service.
