Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented B2B SaaS Sales Specialist to drive sales for our digital accessibility testing platform. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with businesses, help them meet digital accessibility standards, and build valuable, long-term client relationships. Your role will involve managing leads, conducting calls, following up with prospects, and closing deals, all while contributing to our mission to make the web more accessible to everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle incoming leads and inquiries, prioritizing high-potential opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their digital accessibility needs and present tailored solutions.
- Sales Funnel Development: Develop and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to signed contract.
- Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on digital accessibility and the importance of compliance with ADA and WCAG standards.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos to showcase our platform’s features, demonstrating how it helps clients improve and maintain web accessibility.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track all interactions and manage opportunities in our CRM, maintaining accurate records for reporting and follow-up.
- Close Deals and Upsell Opportunities: Take ownership of the sales cycle, closing deals with a focus on customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for experience in digital accessibility, software, or related fields.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales and exceed targets, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ADA, WCAG, and other digital accessibility standards is highly preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline stages effectively.
- Initiative: Self-motivated and resourceful, with a drive to improve the sales process and develop new strategies for client acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Background in accessibility or digital compliance is a plus.
- SaaS Sales Expertise: Proven success in SaaS sales and managing long-term business relationships.
