How to Upgrade/Downgrade

If your web accessibility requirements have changed and you would either like to upgrade or downgrade your current plan, start by clicking on the three dots next to your profile name followed by Profile Settings and Billing.

You can now select the subscription you want to change. On the right, you will see your upgrade and downgrade options. Once you select your new plan, your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
